Building the next generation
of civic leaders.
Orange County High School Democrats is a student-led organization dedicated to civic engagement, democratic participation, and developing leaders who will shape their communities for decades to come.
Our Mission
To empower students with the knowledge, skills, and community to participate fully in democratic life.
Our Vision
A generation of young people who see civic engagement not as a burden but as a natural expression of who they are.
Our Approach
Hands-on civic education: local government meetings, policy research, community organizing, and leadership development.
A student org built on real civic participation
We're not a debate club or a social group. We attend city council meetings, write public comments, run voter registration drives, and train students to testify before government bodies.
Our chapters give students the tools, mentorship, and community to make civic engagement a habit — not a resume line.
